With more than 35 years of professional experience, he plays a critical role in ensuring the organization maintains strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning aligned with the company’s mission and growth objectives.

In his role, Mr. Carpenter leads CAS’s financial strategy, financial reporting, risk management, financial capital management, financial compliance, and cost management functions. He also supports transparent and effective stakeholder communication while helping guide responsible decision-making across the organization. Mr. Carpenter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech University.
